Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

• Standard Shipping (7–14 business days) — Free on orders over $100 / $7.50 flat rate
• Expedited Shipping (3–7 business days) — $19.00

Where We Ship We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be available — please contact us for details.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders (outside the United States) may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees charged by the destination country's customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost at checkout.

Customs and import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are due upon delivery. The Velvet Willow has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country, order value, and product type.

By placing an international order, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any applicable customs duties and import taxes. If a package is refused or unclaimed due to unpaid duties, The Velvet Willow is not responsible for the cost of the returned shipment or any associated fees.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.
